Data controller

The data controller is Mustafa Aksu, sole proprietor (SIRET 940 082 753 00010, French business registration number), publisher of the site. Contact: bonjour@florym.com.

Data processed

Account: email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).

Videos: the uploaded file, the frames and audio track extracted for analysis.

Results: the detected clips (timecodes, category, severity) and the spotted text, encrypted at rest.

Technical data: connection and error logs, necessary for the security of the service.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used only to provide the service (video analysis, displaying results, billing) and to secure it. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you accept by creating an account.

Your videos, frames, transcripts, and results are never used to train an AI model, nor sold, nor shared for advertising purposes.

Retention periods

The video and extracts (frames, audio) are deleted 24 hours after upload.

Results and the account are kept as long as the account exists, then deleted when it closes.

Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

Subprocessors

Vercel (hosting, file storage, gateway to the AI models), Neon (database), Resend (account emails), and the image-reading and transcription model providers called through the Vercel gateway. Payments will be handled by Stripe.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. When a model provider offers a no-retention route, that route is used.

Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary cookies: one for your login session and one that remembers your chosen language. No advertising or analytics cookies are set. Traffic on public pages is measured without cookies or persistent identifiers (Vercel Web Analytics), as aggregated statistics; the customer area is not measured.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object. To exercise them, write to bonjour@florym.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, cnil.fr).
