Security and privacy
Your videos contain what you want to hide. We treat them that way.
Here is exactly what happens to a file, from upload to deletion.
Private access
Every file is stored with private access. Only your account, with a verified email, can read it.
Short lifetime
The video and extracted frames are deleted 24h after upload.
Encryption
Detection text is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written to the database.
No training
No video, image, or transcript is ever used to train a model.

Processing
Who sees what during analysis.
Analysis extracts about one frame per second plus the audio track. These extracts are sent to AI models to read on-screen text and transcribe the audio, through a single gateway. Where they exist, we choose provider routes that do not retain the data sent.
The final decision (sensitive or not, severity) is made on text only: frames never leave the reading stage.

Deletion
Deleted means deleted.
24 hours after upload, the video and all extracts (frames, audio, manifest) are erased from storage. All that remains is the list of alerts: timecodes, categories, and encrypted text.
When you delete your account, this list is erased too. You can also request access to or deletion of your data at any time, as provided by the GDPR.
